Visitor Attractions

Sutherland has much to offer especially for families. Our local visitor centre - The Ferrycroft Centre in Lairg and our newly opened Falls of Shin Visitor Attraction, offer children's play areas, walks and educational exhibits. We also have our recently opened Hub in Ardgay, which has a softplay centre for children, gym and café. Highland Games take place all over the Highlands of Scotland and they are a showcase for heavy athletes, track and field athletes, dancers, pipers and cyclists from all over the work. The season runs from July to September. More information...
